POLICIES & PROCEDURES

C.A.L.M.™ MEMBERSHIP POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Effective Date: JANUARY 2025
Organization: Revitalized Hope & Healing, LLC | ReHope Coach™

1. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All payments made toward C.A.L.M.™ memberships, programs, or community options are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Missed or unused sessions

• Scheduling conflicts or personal changes

• Partial months or early termination

• Dissatisfaction once access has been granted

• Each membership represents a personal investment in spiritual, emotional, and professional growth.

2. PAYMENT TERMS & ACTIVE STATUS

a. Monthly & Program Payment Obligations

Members agree to pay their monthly or one-time program fees on schedule as agreed at enrollment.

• Payments are processed automatically through the platform used at sign-up.

• Missed or failed payments result in temporary suspension of community access (Telegram, Notion, and live sessions).

  
  

• b. Grace Period & Termination

  If a payment fails:

• Members have 7 days to update payment information.

• After 7 days, membership is marked inactive.

• After 14 days, access will be terminated and the spot forfeited.
  

  c. Reactivation Policy

If a member’s account is terminated for non-payment and they wish to rejoin:

• They must re-enroll at the current rate and

• Pay any outstanding balances before being reinstated.
  
  

4. CONDUCT & CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

Members must maintain professionalism, respect, and confidentiality in all community spaces, including Telegram, Notion, live sessions, and events.

• All conversations, training, and materials are confidential and may not be shared publicly.

• Harassment, solicitation, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

• Members represent the ReHope Coach™ brand and must engage in alignment with its mission and values.
  
  5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

All C.A.L.M.™ frameworks, materials, templates, and coaching resources are the exclusive property of Revitalized Hope & Healing, LLC.

Members are granted personal-use access only and may not:

• Copy, resell, distribute, or modify materials

• Use C.A.L.M.™ or ReHope Coach™ branding for personal promotion

• Record or reproduce any live or recorded sessions without permission

• Violations will result in termination and possible legal action.
